I took my car for service. I was told that the work would completed in 2 hours and to come at 8am. I was there at 8am and waited more than 1 hour and the car wasn't even touched. I saw the mechanics just eating and talking until 9 am. I asked the supervisor and I was told that they don't want to do the job for less than 3 hours. Cosmo was good regarding getting the paper work started for the repair on my passenger seat. The snitching is coming apart. The downfall is getting a follow up or update for approval. He mentioned he’s waiting to hear back from Mitsubishi. This was an email he sent to the company. It’s been over a week and still no response. I will write Corporate to see if I can get a response regarding replacement of passenger seat cover. I had you guys to replace the driver side and that took a very long time. I have been waiting 3 days for my supposed to be salesman Tyler call me back with no response to requets or calls. I even requested to speak to the Sales Manager and was told may not hear back from him but instead from someone else. That someone else has not called either. The only folks that seem to care are the ones trying to coordinate calls (centralized call center), appts, etc but no action from nobody else. Extremely professional and above board very honest. The replacement part sent was the wrong one and they were very apologetic, but apology was not necessary. The environment of having a table to sit and outlet to plug in your computer and a battery to plug in your cell phone, made for a perfect 'remote' office. Plus free coffee and mini croissants make for a perfect morning at the Mitsubishi remote office !!!

The service I received was exceptional! I couldn’t be happier. They exceeded my expectations.
A switch was not working on my steering wheel. Service ordered the part. It took about a week and it was installed in less than an hour and everything was covered under warranty. I did not get the free car wash because it was raining that day. So far I have no complaints about this dealership service.

I have only been to the service department. And They are knowledgeable, and everyone is courteous. My car has been working fine since I started going there. I don't know that much about vehicle parts and/or issues and I always ask thousands of questions and every time they answer and explain everything to me even if they are full with customers.
My vehicle was not properly fixed. I was supposed to be given a new transmission and did not.

This dealer did an engine light check diagnostics - and this was my second opinion - the first mechanic stated it was just the sensor - I took it to Mitsubishi to be sure. After an appt and 2.5 hours they provided me a list costing 4,000. Some items on the list were duplicated, the service charge was written with a pen and no explanation or breakdown.
